Fnb poor service for 5weeks

We strugle for more than 5 week to get a payment in our bussines account that it can be avalibal to use te mony. The money show in the acount but we can not use it. Every day for 5 weeks now we ask fnb what is the problem and every day its n new story. We have now plenty of case numbers and plenty of complains and there is still nothing about my money. Can fnb just give me my money so that i can go to new bank. I cant take the poor servece any more and all the lies.
