FNB Poor service

Fnd I am total disgusted at your service. I have a bond with you guys and tried calling you guys and even been to your branch and no one can sort my problem. I have been trying to get the relief fund or extent the term on my bond, as I am not recieving a salary. Your app sucks and your consultants are useless. I have never met a bank that has no interest in helping customers. I have been sitting on hold on a daily basis trying your call centre for over an hour. On the 1st my bond suppose to go off, but even after submitting all the documents you guys required your went into my account and still tried to debt my account.FNB Can You Not Call Me back
