FNB poor service delivery and mismanagement of Funds in vlients bank account

I Have been trying to Call Fnb Call Center for the Past 4 Weeks to Query my back account and and they are never available....but keep on deducting a R10 Here and a R30 Here its ridiculous i have no Debit orders and that cant simply contact me back just to close the account
