Fnb poor service

I have 3 unauthorised debit orders going off my account and cannot get through to a single consultant m. FNB promises expert team of bankers on their app but they can never assist I have spent more than R200 on airtime just in effort to get my own money back. I went to the branch and even they can't help me. FNB should change their slogan to WE CAN'T HELP YOU!
