FNB POOR SERVICE

I held a Kulula Credit Card for a number of years, however in May, 2023 I received notification from FNB that this Card would be discontinued with effect from June 11, 2023. I was given two options (1) To settle the full amount outstanding on the Card or (2) to "pay off the amount over 60 months at a fixed payment". I chose option (2), where at the time the interest rate charged on my outstanding straight amount was 18.45%. Since June 2022 to date June, 2023 the interest rate on my outstanding balance has increased to 26.15%, an increase of 7.70%. During the same period the repo rate increased by 350 basis points. As the interest rate charged on my Card is linked to the repo rate I would have expected the rate to move form 18.45% to 21.95% not to 26.15%. I have endeavoured to try an obtain an explanation from FNB, both telephonically and through the exchange of numerous emails, without success. My email's were routed initially to FNB Card, who in turn referred them internally to "Interest Rate Review" and "Wealthcard Applications". Despite numerous follow-ups via email and telephonically to FNB I have not received a response to my enquiry and currently I am still being charged in excess to the repo rate when it moves. PLEASE FNB EXPLAIN WHY !!!!!!!
