FNB **** POOR SERVICE!!!!

My ***** case is still unresolved !!! This morning I spent a more than 50 minutes on the line, your agents either drop the line or put me in back into the queue !!! FNB SERVICE IS INSANELY POOR !!! According to agents they don’t have any manager on duty so there is no way I am able to speak to anyone but the agents, that’s a first !!!! My ***** case in unresolved and absolutely no 1 at FNB wants to help me with this!!!!

My advice to anyone looking to bank with FNB, DON’T do it !! I promise once you have an issue it will be impossible to resolve, don’t fool yourself you will have issues with FNB !!!!

I will keep posting until someone from FNB calls me to resolve my ***** case!!!
