Fnb...poor service and employees that juat dont want to help...

I purchased a computer via FNB smart devices and my monthly amount was debited from my fheque account,my balance was about R3200 and i was going to finish paying this.I changed banks in August 2016 as i was employed at ABSA bank and it was compulsory to open a account with ABSA in order to have my salary paid in.I had a homeloan and after numerous requests to asisst changing debit orders to absa nobody assisted,i would deposit money for my homeloan and revolving loan and smart device payment and fnb would take charges etc so the amount in the fnb account would not be enough.I requested fnb to make the smart device account seperate so i could transfer into the smart device account and i was told this could not be done.Recently my cheque account was closed by fnb and they demanded the overdraft from me in full as they stated i was not depositing my salary into the cheque account...how am i suppose to get 70k in full...i have since lodged a complaint with the relevant bodies. Now fnb has made my smart device account to be seperate and they have now picked up the amount owing to about R6200...i made a payment of R1000 last month when i discovered that i could transfer money to the smart device account but they have handed me over to blake collections.I have tried emailing and calling a consultant from the smart device department,Elvira moses and she does not return my calls eventhough i email.her when i am free and she can call me,she even has the wrong contact number on her email signature and i have tried this number for a week now and i informed a person from the debt review dept joyce of this as well but still no.contact from her.I was contacted today by someone else in the department and i explained him my problem and requested him to help me...as per fnb's marketing campaign "how can we help you" that is a **** as he told me he cant help me i have been handed over...and that was that...now is this logical my balance was R3200 i paid R1000 my account was messed up because of fnb and i am willing to settle the remainder in a month so i owe fnb R2300 and you dont want to help.me you say you have been handed over...hate to think how.fnb treats clients who owe them millions...Fnb how can we Scre# you...?
