FNB POOR SERVICE AFTER I GOT ****MED ALL MY SALARY

I was ****med my whole salary at on 30 /12/2023.Bank never contacted me or sent me email as they promised after 7 days. I went to the branch for follow up.My case was closed without telling me anything. The banker tried to get hold of investigator ,they refused to give us his name or let us to talk to him/her.The **** was bateway. I tried to reverse the money but I couldn't. Even they teller couldn't reverse it.I lost R8500 .FNB general complaints ***
