FNB POOR SERVICE

It's disappointing that a big bank like FNB have failed to keep their promise to resolve my matter as I have reported it since last year.

My money keeps on vanishing on my account without trace and they investigated then said I should change cards twice but last week my money gone again I have lost hope, I guess should change bank
