FNB Poor Service

FNB services is very very poor and the assstants is unprofessional and rude.My temporary loan of seven thousand was deducted after two weeks and pay a interest of nine hundred Rand for two weeks.

When I called FNB and explained my situation the lady that assist me was very rude and unprofessional and told me i must contact the credit berau.

My credit status was green and after the conversation with the lady that clearly don't have a clue and ones again very unprofessional my credit status is red.

After many attempts to contact FNB and tried to solve the problem no one have an answer or don't answer the telephone. And When they answer the phone and I'm halfway through explain my situation they just drop the telephone.

This is unexpectedly and something must be done with the assistance from FNB.
