Fnb poor service

I called Fnb asking how to settle my credit card

I told I have to fill in an application

They sent me the form via email

Which states I must go into a branch to address

This is rediculous I app**** for the credit card online

Why must I now go to a branch to settle and close

Typical fnb makes everything so difficult

All I want to do is settle the account and close it what’s so hard about that fnb ????
