FNB poor service

If minus stars were possible I would allocate it to FNB Juristic CRS department! They have been harassing me since the end of July with forms that they say are incorrectly filled in. I called the helpline numerous times and the FNB agents have advised what to fill in and yet they still say it is incorrect. They also threaten to freeze my account repeatedly in daily emails. With their level of service and the intelligence of staff that work there, I may just need to take my business elsewhere.
