FNB- Poor Service

I have requested FNB to contact me regarding a private wealth portfolio, this option came up on my app. I requested a call back to pursue this option. My private banker conformed that a gentlemen would call me to move forward, I have not been contacted. Its simple, if FNB has an offer then simply keep to it. Now my view is that FNB cannot manage clients, bad service, bad example and a failure to keep up in sustaining offers.
