FNB POOR SERVICE

Today is the 28th of February 2023, the last day of the financial year and also the last day for the TAX FREE savings option of R36 000 per year.

I tried to do a transfer via my FNB app to my Tax Free Savings account, but got an error message that no payments can be done to that account before the 1st of March 2023

I spend 30 minutes on the phone to FNB to try and get an explanation and to try and get this done.

This was the worst ever experience as I was put through from department to department, the phone got put down in my ear by the investments department.
