FNB Poor Service

I app**** for the aspire credit card and was offered the higher option which is the premier credit card. I just spent 45min to get the bankers to assist me with the correct credit account. I went through different bankers who either couldn't help or did not want. So I eventually asked to have the credit application canceled. Waste of my time.
