FNB poor service

I have a business account with FNB Brackenfell for a few years. When i go there we have to sit up to 2hours to do your business banking with only one teller working! How can you call yourself a business bank if your customers have to sit there for two hours because of only one teller.As a business owner I can’t sit in a queue for two hours every week!!!I need to run my busines*****r poor service!!
