FNB POOR SERVICE

Purchase something on take alot on the 27th Of November, take alot confirmed my refund on the 27th on my statement the purchase reflects on the 28th aswell as rhe refund altought the refund credited never became available in my account to use even tought it reflects the credit.

Been waiting almost 2 hours on the priimvate clients suite no assistance this is *****ing not acceptable!

Where is my refund the statement, the purchase date and the available funds doesn’t even correspond!

Poor service FNB!
