FNB poor security service

How can a Bank ignore you when you ask them to block *****ulent debit order from your account. They ask you to fill in documents etc… and possibly charge you as well!!!!???,this is how they treat private clients , how do they treat normal clients. What a shame… wish we had more and better bank options to get better service because FNB is really going down the drain.
