FNB - Poor, Discriminatory Policies Against Foreign Nationals

I think the bank has some discriminatory policies when it says 'foreign nationals' do not qualify for loan readvancement on their home loans. It doesn't make sense that you give someone a home loan and only start labeling them 'foreign nationals' after they request readvancing 4 years later on their original bond. Absolutely ridiculous. Why not simply decline the original bond application in the first place if they are high risk ! Amazingly just over 8 months ago the same bank wanted to offer us a new home loan !
