FNB POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARDS CLIENTS WITH DISABILITIES
This the third comaint now about FNB customer service and the manner in which they treat clienta with disabilities. I lodge a complaint once again. I lodged a complaint on the 23rd Dec 2019 and my husband who is blind d visited the Queensburgh branch for assistance as he could not tranact as Telephone banking removed the option of self help to do payments and transfers by yourself. He is fully blind so using a telephone or cellphone he can do payments and transfers by himself. Now that option is removed he os left helpless. We have comained numerous yimes to custo.er services and they say it unfortunate. He left with the ootion for a consultant to do his payments and transfers at a cost of R 75.00 per transaction and 40 transactions cost an average of R 3000 in total which is **************** for a blind client. They are discriminating against clients with disabilities. They have rep**** stating that they wouldget back to us by the end pf BUSINESS on he 23rd to date no reponse. Today once again visted the branch for assistance came back with no solution some body needs to take responsibility for clients with impairments
