FNB POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON DEBIT ORDERS

Recently switched over to the apparent Bank of Changeable, but how did I not received a Debi mandate check for a debit of R1045 on my account a week before my payday??????????? Now I am sitting with a ridiculous minus at my cost. I thought we were safe with our banks. I have tried reversing on my app with no luck.
