FNB poor communication skills.

It's embarrassing to get to a pay point at a supermarket only to be told that your credit card has been declined.

Today when I queried why they (FNB) blocked my card. They told me a payment was due on the 22nd Aug. What is so mind blowing is that the 22nd is 5 days before payday??? And there is absolutely no communication from FNB that the card is on block and will decline only to be embarrassed at the shops.
