FNB-Poor banking processes

I am still waiting for FNB to clear a transfer from Standard Bank which took place 6 weeks ago and still hasn't cleared. What typically takes 1 day, has now taken 6 weeks! They claimed a resolution service consultant was working on the query 3 weeks but I've still heard nothing from them!
