FNB POOR

Had a very bad experience recently whereby my money was taken out of my FNB account due to a **** syndicate and never was I informed or received any notifications of these amounts coming out. The problem is that the amounts coming out was even much higher then the amount in my account. The account also ahs gone into arrears, which doesnt make sense. FNB asked me to me to wait 14 days and not sure if I will get the money back. All my creditors will charge me interest on accounts going into arrears and also could lead to bad credit. This is poor from FNB as no solution was given nor the implications of there incompetence. I have had an account with FNB for 50 years plus and FNB has made millions of my portfolio over the years.
