Fnb policy number

I tried calling FNB insurance and loans department for the past few days now and I cannot get hold of them. The call seems to be cutting all the time. I need a policy number for my loan and no one can assist me. I tried the secure chat and there is no luck. Their service is so pathetic since the lock down. I am a premier client and this is the service I get. Very disappointed
