FNB policy debited twice

I'm having an issue with FNB I have a policy with them they debited me twice for the same policy and their live chat is not even able to assist they give all sorts of wrong different information I have 3 family members who already left FNB because of their *****ing tendencies I use FNB mostly for PayPal and I have a policy with them but their system is so messed up even with the transaction updates they just mixed transactions there's no order in all transactions occurred I'm not sure if they do that to confuse their clients I'm not rich I'm aware of each and every transaction occurred in my account they need to stop this and fix their system I needed to use the money for something else
