FNB policy

FNB funeral policy is the worsed my mother's husband passed on the 29 June 2021. She submitted the claim on 30 June 2021 at their brach. She l has been calling them and visiting the branch. The are saying the matter is with the investigators. We were suppose to burry him Monday, she cant pay parlour. She is stuck.
