FNB - Pointless Home Loans

Shocking that after being a customer with FNB for 20 years they have offered a home loan at R30k less than what I am asking for, and won't budge! What is the point in approving a Bond Application at R30k less? It's only R30k! This is completely unacceptable and pointless really. Time to reconsider where I bank.
