FNB pockets half your money for prepaid electricity
My wife bought prepaid electricity for R150 and she only got R75 worth of units. FNB took the rest. This is not the first time, and many people are complaining about this ******ional charge. Its not right. People are struggling out there and these monopolies work together to force people to part with their hard earned money by colluding with each other. Something needs to be done.

Just explain why, then I can make a decision whether to do business with you or not. There are other options, but at least come clean.
