FNB pledging funds with no authority!!

Once again I am writing a complaint about FNB!!!!!!

I received my refund from SARS yesterday after my audit was completed. Today I tried to use my account and noticed my available balance was not reflecting the money from SARS. FNB reserved all of the remaining funds claiming its been pledged and they need SARS to verify it as it broke certain rules on their daily report, and I must wait 48 hours.

So here are my concerns: 1. Where is your customer service to have the decency to let me know you have done this or going to do this????? 2. Who gives you the right to just take money out of my account when I have followed the proper process to do my tax return. 3. Your consultant that I dealt with on the chat came across so heartless with just facts and Acts that claim you are allowed to do this and cant even spell correctly.

Now I have to wait 48 hours which I know is not going to be the case as FNB do not know how to stick to their time frames!!

I am beyond sick and tired of this! I have seen I am not the first to complain about this and that after 48 hours you still had not put the money back into the clients account.

I think it is time I change banks as I cant do this anymore! You guys need to get your sh#t together.

I want this resolved NOW! So I suggest someone get back to me ASAP.
