FNB please update my debit order list so I can reverse and pay you

I received an SMS from FNB that I must pay my loan today instead of the 25th,when i transfer the money for the loan something that I did not subscribe to debits their money for the loan when I try to reverse the loan the debit order that took their money does not appear on the list of things that debited my money
