FNB please stop working with useless company UTI!

Hi. Uti Courier is not a company, bank, like FNB should work! It is a unfortunate and unreliable courier company. This is second times they do exactly same thing.Last year it happen to my credit card and this year same delivery problem with my FNB debit card.! Why they call themselves delivery company i have no idea because it is obvious they cannot deliver at all. They called me last week and said will do delivery on Friday afternoon between 1-5pm...Did it happen? Of course not!!!! Did they call me to say "sorry sir! we ll not be able to deliver your card on Friday Afternoon! please dont waste your time for waiting us at home? Of course not!...Now today they called me and tell me they will deliver my card!!! I dont want any service or delivery from UTI anymore...Can i just get from Milnerton brunch myself...i dont ant to deal this useless company calls UTI...regards
