Fnb Please send me my paid up letter Mbd says they waiting for you to send it for a month now

Fnb I hate to keep posting on hello Peter for you to send me documents the last time was my settlement letter. I called Mbd numerous times they keep saying they waiting for you to send them my paid up letter. I paid you guys in full on the 26th of February today is one month and I still have not received my paid up letter. The company I work for paid up all my debt in full so they putting pressure on me for this paid up letter. I emailed you guys but no response.Call centre's won't speak to me because it's handed over to Mbd so here I am writing once again on Hello Peter just to get your attention for a letter. Please send me my paid up letter so you don't have hear of me again.
