FNB - please reconsider your contract with CCD Couriers

My problem with CCD Couriers is that they were supposed to deliver a replacement credit card on or before 31 December. Despite advices from FNB that the card would be delivered this did not happen on the date specified in their communications with us. This after having R260-00 deducted from the card for "urgent delivery". I hope and presume that the card will be re-credited with this amount. There was an email from CCD saying that they could not deliver because they could not contact us. Not true, because we were both at home with our 'phones always close by and they had our address and contact numbers. Efforts to communicate with the CCD Durban offices by email resulted in the messages being returned as 'undeliverable'. Calling them resulted in the response that they did not do any deliveries on the 31st. There is clearly a communication problem here! Now CCD inform us that the card will be delivered tomorrow - 04 Jan. It will be interesting to see if this actually happens.
