FNB PLEASE PAY ME BACK MY MONEY

My annoyance with fnb's bullying and less than professional conduct is at a boiling point now. So a few weeks ago I wrote demanding my money which had been inadvertently deposited into a frozen account. All the money minus FNb's bank charges is sitting in that account and fnb is refusing to pay me back my money. Instead of simply reversing the money out of the suspended account and paying it into my account, they're busy delegating responsibility to a small little rural branch in Mt Fletcher.

The Mt Fletcher team led by Khuthala has been phenomenal. They've tried their very best to assist me but some decision makers sitting somewhere in fnb headquarters are throwing spanners in their way.

If fnb can deduct their bank fees from a frozen account, they're more than able to reverse my money. The suspended account is suspended to the account holder, who's by the way not interested in activating that account anymore thanks to fnb' clumsiness. Why should fnb continue to benefit from my money. The reason they don't want to pay back my money is because they want to continue debiting bank fees from my money.

Please stop delegating this issue to the branch who are incapable of doing anything and just pay my money back.

I won't stop until all my money has been paid to me.
