Fnb please help me get my money back

A debit of something I did not subscribe to occurred this month, I have been trying to dispute it on the app and it says someone will contact, when I contact the debit order dispute line the voice automated voice sent me to the app. I have disputed the debit order and even wrote the affidavit for it.
