FNB please find my money

After much and serious consideration i need to inform all that never in my life felt such disappointed in 1 of the top financial institutions. FNB. From ATM, Customer service, FNB app to their email services thus far I had no feedback nor any communication from their part. Under no circumstance can I just let FNB "ROB" me from my money. Its my obligations to inform my fellow South Africans on all social media platforms that FNB have no clue what and where my funds are
