Hi fnb . It seem like my card is still being used even got a call from your credit card dev to let me know I must pay immediately my card. You are quick to phone for outstanding balances but the 14000 and counting you owe me which I want to use for school fees must wait till you finish your investigation. What is the problem? I stop my card, you don't stop it and someone uses it *******ly and the money keeps flowing out of my account.
The new card has been delivered but of no use as my account is maxed out. How can you allow this to continue, do you not care about your clients at all (or your own money??!)

11 Jan 2022, 10:09please i have phoned every nr you have to resolve my problem. after 2 weeks apparently there is not even a case nr. your employers keep transferring me till i am cut off. i trusted you with my money now that you *****ed up you make it impossible to resolve and i must suffer because of you. the case nr i have is *** but according to you it do not exist
