FNB Please Do the right thing

I regret using FNB was supposed to get my salary today on notification/inContact the money came in last night but when I open the App there's no money in, I called and I want informed that my account was on hold because of KYC yet I sent all the documents they requested long time ago, Now I don't know whether they will release my money or sent it back to my employer this is just annoying me 😡😡😡😡😡😡
