Seriously FNB, you are always experiencing higher than normal call volumes, I mean really?<br> <br> Please contact me because I cannot hold on for ever. if we had access to a business banker at the branch we would not be in this situation now, <br> <br> some of your systems and processes are awesome however when you need to contact a business banker, you fail in every respect. come on!
