FNB PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME???

I would like to express my disappointment in FNB. I have never in my life experienced such poor service. Three weeks ago i attempted to to transact on my FNB business account and noticed that the account was frozen. I immediately went to the branch to enquire and i was referred to ***** department as a suspected ********** deposit was made into my account and FNB was instructed by Capitec to freeze my account. FNB never even had the courtesy to contact me to inform me of what was going on. I was told by the branch to liase with Vincent Mpyana from ***** department. When i eventually got hold of him he was first unsure of exactly why my account was frozen but prommised to get back to me the next day. I insisted that this needed to be resolved immediately. He then contacted me back and said that a client who purchased a vehicle from me was suspected of committing ***** by Capitec. This was a big problem for me as i own a car dealership and sold a car to this gentleman and released the vehicle along with the natis document. I do not see how this was my problem as i only released this vehicle after the money reflected in my account. As i have done for many years and was under the impression that my money is safe with FNB. I WAS WRONG!!! Not only did i not have access to my money but the client was in posession of my car and FNB put a hold on my funds. I then received calls from my staff members who informed me that their salaries was reversed out of their accounts which i paid them two weeks prior to this incident. Irritated, disgusted and furious i contacted Vincent again to inform him of what happened he handed the phone to one of his colleuques. He apologised and immediately lifted the hold on my account and promised to reimburse my employees funds back to them. Only one employee received his funds as he banked with FNB. The rest did not. I now had to pay them again. After numerous calls and mail to Vincent three weeks later this is still not resolved and he doesnt even bother replying to my mails. He told me that my employees must go to their own banks to recover the funds and they must pay me back. This is so wrong. I urgently need assistance from FNB to recover my funds but i am simply being ignorred. In my books this is FNB *****ing my money. I AM URGING SOMEBODY TO PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE SO THAT I CAN CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH FNB AND MOVE TO ANOTHER BAN****! FNB PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME!!!!
