Fnb please assist me

Love FNB, how they market themselves and always finding clear ways to keep ahead in the industry. UNFORTUNATELY businesses like RAM hand to hand couriers gives your guys such a bad name. I was tempted into buying my second products on your fnb devices..but I regret it now after being abused over the phone, being messed around twice and endless problems dealing with RAM. I would like help closing my fnb accounts I would like to distance myself from dealing with RAM.
