Fnb please

Im really tired of doing this .I paid my personal loan 4000 last week Wednesday and Thursday morning I was debited 6 400 and I called Fnb and I tried explaining myself that I paid my loan and I know im in arrears and im going to pay all that money but I was told they will refund only after 7 days and I told them that I need to pay school fees .Im begging I need to pay my child school fees or else he won't have a space .
