FNB plays Monopoly AGAIN!!!

Once again First National Bank has played Monopoly with PayPal services and NOT released funds within 3 working days as stated. My funds were released from PayPal on Monday 20th of February and should of reflected in Standard Bank account by Thursday 23 February, only to be told on Friday that they had a 'technical' issue and were waiting for customers to complain so funds could be released. Well FNB I'm waiting... where's MY money ??
