FNB PLAYING HIDE AND SEEK WITH MY MONEY

We've got a savings account with FNB which we do not use. Recently I tried to draw funds only to be told that the account was closed. Was asked to re-open a new account which was done. Now FNB is treating me like a ******** to transfer the funds from the closed account to the new account. Everyday I get emailed from them asking me for different proof of my money. To date I am still waiting fo MY money which they took by closing the account and NOT informing me of such. It really goes to show how *********** they are in managing our money.

How can we NOT help!
