FNB playing games

Been with FNB for 30 years. My wife and I have accounts with them and we have two more business accounts. Really bad rate offered on home loan. This is their modus operandi. I have been through this cycle before. Offer bad rate and then improve as other bank offers come in (which are better 85% of the time) They know they likely just have to match so dont bother giving you a good rate from the start. Im not with you to play negotiation games. I have banked with you for long enough that I can say I have given you more money than I am asking for. Acknowledge loyalty and start implementing your "relationship" slogans. People in my line of work getting 2% better rates (which is 35% better relative rate)
