FNB Platinum Insurance

We are part of the FNB Platinum Insurance Policy Number ***. They are the brokers to our House Insurance with Hollard we currently have a claim for our smart wise geyser. They have not helped us at all weve had to contact Hollard ourselves which is a nightmare. I really feel that FNB should be helping us...... Come on FNB platinum life.
