FNB plagued by unauthorised deductions
Another unauthorised debit order on my FNB account; this time for R135 for some company called Mzansi. As usual, FNB wants to charge me to reverse the charges - even though clearly someone from FNB is leaking customer bank account and ID numbers so ******** enterprises.
Dear FNB - I want my R135 back; NO reversal charges. This is YOUR data breach, not mine.
