Fnb placing **** debits for themselves and allowing anonomous debits

*****elent debit order on my fnb account for FNB life- which I never app**** for, never even enquired about. Also another *****elent debit order the same week- when I enquired there was no company details, at all! How was that processed?? Surely if there is NO company detail a debit order cannot be attached to an account?? Yes it was reversed, but only as I noticed it. By paying banking fees I trust that Fnb will keep my finances secure, by at least making sure each debit order they apply has SOME form of a detail as to who is claiming moneys? Surely you can’t just anonomiously syphon money from peoples accounts, not give any information on yourself and the bank approves it?? Are there ANY security measures AT ALL for debit orders?? At all?????? Fnb, you are a bank. Act like one.
