FNB PLACED A HOLD ON MY FUNDS!!
FNB as decided to make me feel miserable with the way they handle issues.
I realised FNB placed a hold on my funds or reserved my funds in my account claiming that some money paid into my account were proceeds of ********** money. Please how was i roped into a case i know nothing about?
I was paid for selling my belongings and FNB says the money paid to my account are proceeds of ***** meaning that the money paid to me by this person had a trail of ***** in it... Please how does that concern me when i was just innocently trading my belongings and was paid for it. Now this person have gone with my things and am suffering because FNB held the funds.
I have contacted the ***** department and the case was assigned to a Beverly Nukeri who as not picked up her calls till now nor reply my messages via email... i have visited my bank branch where they advised me to make an affidavit which i have done and my bank branch as also tried to help me mail the affidavit to Beverly and call Beverly Nukeri personally with no reply or response.
I am getting sick and tired of this gimmicks as my hard earned money and sweat is held back from me... i have done all needful as advised by the bank branch.. even the sender of the funds who bought my belongings followed me to the bank to have this all sorted but none of us including the fnb bank branch could reach the ***** investigator Beverly Nukeri on phone nor reply emails since 23 sept 2020.
With all humility, This is a setback for me and a dent to my image... i dont understand any of this at all.
Please sort this out PLEASE!!

I really appreciate efforts that as and will be put through to ensure resolution of my case. I just want to say that this is really costing me a lot of pain and setback with making use of the funds held in my account sighting this is month end and i need to offset most of my obligations/bills.
I really dont understand why i am roped into an issue that i innocently dont know anything about and to crown it all, despite my personal efforts to reach the investigator and my bank branch trying. There is no response nor feedback. All looking like a dead end... i really dont even know what i have to do with this whole investigations when i was only innocently paid for disposing my belongings. i have done affidavit and all as advised by my bank branch and all sent to the investigator Beverly Nukeri through the bank.. with absolutely no reply till date.
i really cant comprehend and its getting all worrisome.. i am really disappointed on how i have been made to suffer for innocently living my life and banking with FNB.
